Refund policy

We offer a 5-day return policy, meaning you have 5 days from the date you receive your item to request a return; to qualify, the item must be in its original condition—unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging—and you must provide the receipt or proof of purchase. To begin a return, you must contact us at jinglights@hotmail.com, and items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted; if your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions for sending the item. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue promptly. Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalized items, personal care products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, and gift cards. For exchanges, the quickest method is to return your item once approved and place a new order separately. If your order is shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period during which you may cancel or return your order for any reason, provided the item remains unused, unworn, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval status, and if approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, although your bank or card provider may require additional processing time; if more than 15 business days pass after your refund is approved without receiving it, please contact us at jinglights@hotmail.com
