Shipping policy

At Jinglights, we work hard to ensure fast and reliable delivery for all orders. All orders are processed and packaged within 1 business day. Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 1–3 business days, depending on your location and carrier availability.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email along with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Tracking updates may take several hours to appear.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Jinglights is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping fees may apply.

Please note that unforeseen delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or high-volume periods. Jinglights is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the carrier.
